THE SHORT VERSION

Buy a pack, own its use forever

By purchasing from Viral Prompt Lab you agree to these terms. You get a lifetime license to use the prompts you buy — including commercial use of anything you create with them. You may not resell or redistribute the packs themselves. All sales are for digital downloads; nothing physical is shipped.

1 · PRODUCTS

What you are buying

Viral Prompt Lab sells digital products only — prompt packs (PDF), ebooks, and guides. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. After payment you receive instant access to download your files.

Product descriptions, page counts, and previews on this site describe exactly what each pack contains. If a pack's preview shows something, that is what you receive — no bait-and-switch, ever.

2 · LICENSE

What you can do with your purchase

Every purchase includes a lifetime, non-exclusive license for one buyer:

You CAN: use the prompts unlimited times; create and publish unlimited content with them; use your outputs commercially (client work, monetized videos, products you sell); receive free lifetime updates to packs you own.

You CANNOT: resell, redistribute, share, or give away the pack files themselves — free or paid; upload the packs to file-sharing sites; claim the prompts as your own product. One purchase = one user. Teams needing multiple seats should contact us.

3 · PAYMENTS

How checkout works

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated and collected at checkout — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

We never see or store your full card details; those go directly to the payment processor under their own privacy policy.

4 · REFUNDS

Our digital-goods refund policy

Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files, all sales are final once the download succeeds — except in these cases, where we refund in full within 7 days of purchase:

The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded; the product delivered does not match its description or preview; you were charged twice for the same order.

To request a refund, email alijaan12340@gmail.com with your order email and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

5 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Keep it lawful

Do not use our prompts or this site for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including fraud, spam, impersonation, or generating content that infringes other people's rights. We may refuse service or revoke a license if these terms are violated.

6 · NO GUARANTEES

Honest expectations

Our prompts are tools built from reverse-engineering viral content. They improve your odds — they do not guarantee views, followers, sales, or income. Any results shared on this site are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your execution, niche, and consistency.

7 · LIABILITY

The legal fine print, briefly

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Prompt Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8 · CHANGES

Terms updates

We may update these terms as our products change. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. Continued use of the site or new purchases after changes means you accept the updated terms.
